I will accept returns for a refund, less shipping/insurance fees. Buyer absorbs cost of return shipping/insurance and items must be returned to me in original condition. I accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout, PayPal, personal check, or money order, and require payment to be received within one week of purchase. If payment is not received in this time frame the transaction will be cancelled. Checks and money orders will be honored once they clear the bank. At that time you will be notified of clearance and your item will ship.

US CUSTOMERS NOTE: After payment receipt, items will ship via USPS priority mail or USPS parcel post within 5 days of purchase Monday thru Saturday - (excluding holidays). My larger items are usually shipped via parcel post to keep within the shipping estimates I have listed for my items. Insurance and delivery confirmation is also included in the cost of shipping items to protect everyone concerned. You will be contacted immediately with the tracking # of your package upon shipment. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER EXPEDITED for any reason, I can accommodate if you are willing to absorb any extra costs due.
