We do refund shipping overages! :)
Shipping overages: when shipping rate paid is higher than the actual shipping and packaging cost.
For example, if multiple bundles were purchased, and the amount of glitter is quite small (e.g. 5g) we will automatically refund the shipping overage.

We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages if insurance and/or a signature confirmation is not purchased. To prevent possible stolen, damaged, or lost, packages you can add insurance/a signature confirmation to your package here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1057847350

AUTOMATIC SHIPPING UPGRADES: We may automatically use USPS priority mail to your package depending on order size and/or shipping price. If you do not wish for a possible shipping upgrade please leave us a note!

Though we try to ship my orders out as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 weeks to get your order. Sometimes shipping will be fast and sometimes it would be very slow, we apologize for that inconvenience. If you are looking for faster shipping, have questions or requests please feel free to message us! We're more than happy to help!

Side note: If different glitters have the same color name in our shop, they are the same color.
Ex. the fine silver chunky glitter is the same color as the chunky mix silver glitter. (this applies to every listing, including the exclusive glitters!)

GIFTS: We do give out gifts! However it is completely random, and is not determined by order size! (though repeated buyers do have a higher chance of getting a gift because of how we process things!)
