In the Home Baked Online shop you will find vintage and handcrafted items.
As with all handcrafted items they are unique and will not be perfect specimens from a factory. If there are any serious flaws in the items then I will include them in the item description.
Vintage items are all listed with descriptions about the condition they are in. I will do my best to provide photographs and information of any flaws or damage etc. If you need more information then feel free to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is through Paypal only and should be made within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping
Items will be posted within 5 days of payment using the standard mail service unless otherwise specified.
If you require extra insurance or you are buying from outside the United Kingdom then you can contact me for more information so that your item can reach you in good condition.
I obtain proof of posting for all items posted. If you do not receive your item then please contact me and we can work together to find out what has happened.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to ensure that items are described correctly, including any flaws - please read the listings carefully before buying. If you genuinely believe the item you have received is not as it was described in the listing then please contact me to discuss a possible refund or exchange.
Items are packaged carefully however if they arrive damaged or become lost then contact me and I will take up the issue with the postal service and arrange for a refund or exchange.
