1 von 5 SternenTwo days after the estimated delivery date I had not received the clock. I contacted the seller through a Help Request and suddenly there is a tracking number! However when I click the button, the item is in “Pre-transit”. I can submit a request to Etsy tomorrow for assistance but wanted to warn other buyers about this shop through a review. The owner never responded to my request for help other than to finally ship the clock.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. But sometimes USPS parcels experience delays that are beyond the seller’s control. At the time we had offered to send you a new clock which could have been delivered within 3 days but unfortunately we did not receive a response from you. We always strive to ensure timely delivery and excellent service and we regret that this situation affected your experience.

1 von 5 SternenWorst order I have ever placed. Won't be ordering from Etsy again. Charged my card and no order number for 3 days. Phoenix is only 12 hours from me. 14 days way too long. I could have ordered from Amazon at less cost and had it in two days. I will tell others so they don't make the same mistake. Said had a total of 13 batties only has 4 (AA).
