Accepted payment methods
All our items are made to order so please allow 7-10 days before shipping. Where possible we aim to ship before these guidelines but in busy periods or for larger items please allow this extra time. Postage will then take 1-5 working days.
If you have a deadline approaching that you wish to purchase an item for, which does not allow for the above time period, please contact us and we can discuss if we can get an item made on express time and options for next day delivery service.
All items up to 1kg are posted 2nd class with royal Mail. They aim to deliver in 3 + working days. Larger orders over 1kg + will be posted with Royal Mail's Standard Parcels service which they say are usually delivered the third working day after posting, however they do not guarantee this so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
We use second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, however if you would like items sent first class or using a special service such as guaranteed next day delivery or signed for, please contact us and we will quote and invoice separately for this service.
This will be carried out through royal mail in most cases and delivery will be subject to their policies which can be found online. We will email you once shipped to advise what carrier has been used and estimated shipping time.
Items Damaged During delivery:
For Damage caused in transit, in the first instance please contact us immediately (no later than 3 working days after receiving the goods) attaching a high quality digital photograph of the damage to the item and packaging. We will then make arrangements for appropriate replacement of broken components of items or in extreme circumstances a replacement product. This is subject to confirmation of damage clearly taking place during transit and not during consumer’s use of the item.
If using a signed for service It is customers responsibility to Check packages and contents for any damages before signing for the item, if there is damage do not sign for the item and notify us immediately (no later than 3 working days after attempted delivery).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have made a mistake on your order, for e.g chosen the wrong variation, color by accident, please contact us no later than 24 hours after placing the order and provided production has not commenced we will be able to rectify the mistake on the order.
