Why no returns, exchanges or cancellations?
My products are digital and sent to your Etsy email right after payment. There is no way to return, exchange or cancel a digital item. Thanks for your understanding.
How do I find and download the digital document I just purchased?
Once the digital item is purchased, an email is sent to the email account associated with your Etsy account. It can show up in Spam, Promotions, or Social as well if you have a Gmail account. In this email is the link to the document for you to download.
However, if you are not able to find this email, you can return to Etsy and look up your order history. The document link is there as well.

How do I edit the document if I don't have Microsoft software?
If you have a Gmail account, go to the upper right corner with the three lines and click on drive (the triangle). You can click and drag the pdf or word document to "My Drive". Once uploaded, click on it. It will open another screen with the document. In the upper-middle part, there is an "Open with" and triangle. Open it with Google Docs. It will open and you can edit it to your liking. :-)I hope this answers any questions you might have.
