Hello! Welcome to HomespunDolls. I am the owner creator Kim Matheny.
I do reserve dolls for buyers with a deposit just message me so we can set up payments or when you can pay. All dolls must be paid for within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made. I do have a lay-away as long as the doll is paid for within the arranged time frame. If you purchase a doll and do not pay or contact me within 10 days the doll will be re-listed. Thank you.
After cleared payment your doll will be shipped within 1 business day. I ship within the United States for free via USPS Priority mail. After shipment a tracking number will be messaged to you. Priority shipping normally takes 2-3 business days but has taken longer. Please notify me if you have not received your item so I can contact the postal service.
I do ship International First Class via the United States postal service. I will provide a customs number for your doll after shipment. There is a charge for International shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sometimes dolls can be damaged during shipping. If this happens please contact me, a lot of times the damage can be repaired. I do ship within the USA Priority so the doll is not in the system as long but things can still happen. If the damage is too bad to repair a full refund will be given and I will pay for the doll to be shipped back to me, whether you choose to repair or refund.
If a doll is lost in shipping a full refund will be given. I haven't had this happen but I know it is possible. I always get a tracking number when shipping within the USA.
