We usually ship orders on weekends (EST time zone). Orders placed on Sunday sometimes ship the following weekend. Thank you for your patience!

If your order has shipped already, please double check your email and spam folder. You should receive 2 emails, one from Etsy and another from our main shop which will have more detailed information about your order. Every order is insured and has tracking information provided when it is shipped.

Covid-19 Delays: Please be patient since delivery times will take longer than normal.

USA: Delivery within 3 - 7 days
If your package has not arrived after 20 days from shipment, please contact us and we can offer a refund or reship your order if the item(s) are still in stock. Lost domestic packages must be reported before the 120 day limit to be covered by our insurance.

International: Delivery within 30 - 90 days
If your package is taking longer than 30 days to arrive in country, please contact us immediately. Lost International packages must be reported within the 90 day limit to be covered by our insurance.

We have discounted seconds grade pins and other designs available in our main shop.

Pins are HANDMADE ITEMS so they can have slight flaws that naturally occur during production. Realistically no handmade item is perfect, so we sort our inventory to ensure that you are able to get the best quality available. Prices will be marked down for lower graded pins ♡ Poor quality pins that do not pass our inspection will not be sold. We don't sell pins that are highly damaged, missing posts, or have huge quality issues.

STANDARD: May have barely noticeable imperfections under close inspection. Standard grade are the best pins available.

SECONDS - B Grade: Noticeable minor flaws but very close to being a Standard grade pin. Great for those on a budget!

Designs will be restocked but may return with new variants or in a new product type. Older variants of a design will restocked or retired based on popularity.

Restocks are only considered once we have low stock for the design (includes all variants).

For example, if we sold out of standard grade or a variant but have plenty of seconds grade for that design and/or multiple variants of the design still available, it will not be considered for restock.
