Each vintage and antique item we list is used, and will look used with visible signs of age, wear, damage, or flaws which may not be considered so attractive to some people in person. Seldom are vintage and antique items in the same condition as those pictured in collectibles price guides. We describe items honestly and accurately and do not intentionally misrepresent the condition of any item we list for sale. Items listed have the allotted 5 photos, in focus and with sufficient lighting, and with an accompanying item description. Please ask questions about an item prior to purchase if it will help you to make a better buying decision.
Any vintage brand names listed are authentic. The used and vintage goods we sell are acquired from various sources, private parties and public sources.

Once an item is in your shopping cart, payment and completion of the checkout process is expected at that time. If payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
All shipments are packed securely for transit, breakables are packed with the appropriate and recommended cushioning.
All items are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive a Shipping Notice from us with a link to the USPS for tracking purposes.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday.
We do not ship internationally.
Please note: Your purchase can only be shipped to your registered address provided to us by PayPal. Your 'Ship To' address can not be edited on your behalf for any reason. If you need to denote a different ship to address, please make any changes to your PayPal account prior to making any purchases, so your purchase does not get lost during transit.
If your purchase shipment is undeliverable by the Post Office for any reason, or you do not claim it at your local post office and is returned to us, it cannot be shipped to you a second time. The purchase price will be refunded to your PayPal account upon the return receipt of the parcel to us. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
A damaged shipment is when all contents securely packed within the shipping box gets damaged in transit. A dented or creased shipping box is not considered a damaged shipment when the item you purchased arrives to you in the same condition as shown in the listing.
If you receive the item you purchased damaged:
1. Contact us through Etsy immediately upon receipt, so we may begin the claim process.
2. Do not return or re-mail any damaged items. Doing so may result in a denied claim.
3. Keep everything you received; the box, the item(s) you purchased, packing slip, and all packing materials. You must make them available for your local Post Office for inspection, retention and disposition in accordance with the claims decision.
A lost shipment is defined as when any mailing has not been received and has not been returned to the sender.
We follow the transit times published by USPS and realize that sometimes there may be a delay in a package arriving to its destination. We do ask for your understanding and patience towards any circumstances which are out of our control.
Lost shipment claims will be done in compliance with USPS regulations, 21 days after the original shipping date.
