Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
We don’t offer gift wrapping, special packaging or personalized notes with messages.
Marking an order as a gift serves the purpose of ensuring prices will not be shown on a packing slip.
Each band is packed in a sealed individual packaging with a frosted "window" that helps identify the band inside. All bands will be shipped in our own packaging and any request to change this policy will not be honored.
Changes requested after an order is placed (not guaranteed)
The following fees apply to changes made to an existing order:
1. Change of band size - $6.25
2. Change of band color - $6.25
3. Change to a band for a different watch - $6.25
4. Change of personalization information - $5.00
5. Change of listing - $5.00 + difference (no refund)
6. Adding a design not requested originally - $5.00
7. Change of address - $5.00
These fees will be collected through a listing that will be sent upon request, but no additional items will be shipped.
All fees are per item, with the exception of the Change of address which is per order.
If changes 1 - 6 are requested after 30 minutes of an order being placed, a $5.00 fee may need to be added if the bands are in production (in queue or already engraved).
Personalization of items
To improve workflow efficiency, If a style selection is not made on a personalized order, the choice may be made for you; we may reach out to you but can't guarantee that by the time we get your answer we are still able to follow it.
This allows us to continue offering great prices without sacrificing time and quality; we are proud to say we have shipped out on time 100% of our orders, most of them going out the next day.
No design will be engraved if it is not requested; buying from a specific listing is not a request to engrave certain design or to use a specific font/style, even if they are mentioned on the title or shown on the thumbnail.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order that does not follow the instructions.
Shipping
Standard shipping method is USPS first-class mail; optional USPS Priority Mail service can be paid at checkout.
Orders will be sent during the timeframe specified on each listing, which is the time we have to process an order and get it to the postal office or one of its collection boxes.
Delivery times provided by Etsy or USPS are just estimates and not guaranteed dates; we have no control of delivery, therefore, we can't guarantee that your purchase will be delivered by a certain date, only that we will ship it on time.
Any shipping/delivery issues should be addressed directly with USPS; we may help providing information to support a claim with USPS or police report, we will not submit or file those, that is the buyer’s responsibility
Processing of orders / cancellations / refusal of service
Orders are processed as they are received, therefore, all sales are final.
Placing a new order does not guarantee that it will be processed and sent along with a previous order.
If a new order is placed due to a change of address there is no guarantee that it will be processed on the same timeline as the order it is replacing.
Due to our fast turnaround times we do not provide mockups, proofs or previews of designs.
All communications will be handled through Etsy's messaging system, and a request to reach out to you via email, phone, or other method will not be granted.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel any order by fully refunding it.
Our processing of eligible cancellations can take up to 7 business days.
Change of address / Packages returned to sender
Packages will not be shipped to an address different than the one in the order at the time of purchase. If a change of address is requested, a new order will have to be placed; the original order will be canceled and fully refunded only: 1) if the original order has not been prepared for shipment, and 2) after the new order is placed.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered late due to not placing a new order with an updated address; our only responsibility is to ship your items to the address on the order.
If a package is returned to us by USPS, it will not be retrieved from our return address unless shipping and handling ($8) to send it back has been paid by the buyer; items will be disposed after 10 days if not paid.
Replacements (Part 1)
If your package tracking information comes to a stop a replacement can be engraved according to the following guidelines:
- All bands shipped on the same package will need to be replaced, a partial replacement will not be granted.
- The replacement is for bands of the same characteristics and with the same engravings as the ones being replaced.
- Before requesting a discount for a replacement, 14 days must have passed since the package stopped tracking.
- If it’s been less than 21 days since the package stopped tracking, a 40% discount can be issued.
- Discount percentages are based off the item’s regular price, not the price paid for it.
- The replacement order will be shipped FREE via USPS first-class mail, with an optional upgrade to US
Replacements (Part 2)
The discounts offered through this policy are to be considered a courtesy from me, since I am not responsible for delivery in any way so I am not obliged to offer them, therefore, they can be denied If I consider your approach or behavior as demanding or ungrateful.
No replacement discount will be issued if it’s been more than 21 days since the package stopped tracking at any given point, even if it continues moving afterwards and comes to another stop.
Submission of Mail Search with USPS may be requested.
Buyer is responsible for submitting any claim to USPS, even if a replacement is not requested.
This policy applies only to original purchases and not to replacements sent.
Packages marked as delivered are not covered by this policy.
Designs
We don’t provide mockups, proofs or previews of designs unless we messaged you promising to do so.
We want to make sure that we meet your expectations so you can contact us about how a specific letter might look like on a certain monogram style, for example, and we might be able to assist you.
Once an order is placed it authorizes us to engrave your band with the information provided in the personalization box, and it’s not contingent to any approval, even if a request or question is made on a note they may not be granted; if a design requested is not offered in the listing it might be ignored and we’ll only engrave the design requested that is indeed offered. If personalization requests are not complete or valid, bands may be sent blank.
Price Quotes / Promotions / Discounts
Any quote or special discount given to you via Etsy's messaging system will only be valid for that same day it was provided, unless I specifically said it was valid for a different date or time period.
BOGO offers and/or promotions with a discount for purchasing a certain amount of items apply only for purchases made under the same order; requests to combine previous, current, or future orders to be eligible for an offer will be denied.
Promotions, discounts, and offers can be modified, suspended, or terminated at my sole discretion at any time and without prior notification.
