Also, it arrived in a floral shipping bag with the cooler neatly wrapped in polka-dot tissue paper with a card and lollipop. Honestly, if purchasing for a gift you could give as is. Perfect!

Where do I put the monogram or name I would like? Where can I put the color of thread?
These are the questions I get asked the most and you can do whichever is more convenient, send it through a CONVO or in the NOTES section when you order.
How can I see my personalized design for my Cubbie?
I am happy to create your custom design. When you place your order, include the information you would like in the NOTES section of your order or through a CONVO. I will work on your design and send your preview, between 2-10 business days depending on current processing time order is placed. Easter season and October through December previews can take up to 10 business days. After you approve, I start stitching right away!

How long does it take for my Cubbie to be shipped?
After the order is placed, I will create a custom design for your Cubbie. The preview is typically sent within 2-7 business days but production time can be 7 to 14 business days during peak gift giving seasons. Processing times will be reflected on the listing itself. Please feel free to reach out if you have a specific need by date. After approved, it will be stitched out within the posted processing time frame when you placed the original order.
Can I order more than one item to be shipped together? Can I add something to my order?
Absolutely! Just select your items one at a time by adding to cart. After you have completed your selections, just go to your cart and pay for everything all at once. This will ensure you get any available shipping discounts. If you want to add something to your existing order, please feel free to message us. We have a coupon code that will amend shipping to the best possible rate. However, keep in mind that additions may result in a new ship by date.

Can I get my item gift wrapped? Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! I can include a message for you, just put your request in the NOTES section of your order or through a CONVO when you place your order. I am happy to gift wrap. Please just message me and I will create a custom listing for you depending on how fancy you would like it. All of our orders are shipped with a packing slip, no financial information or pricing is included. That way there are no worries of the recipient seeing price information if your purchase if for a gift.
When will my order ship?
Processing times vary according to the item being created. These times may fluctuate during peak seasons, and those changes will be reflected with the posted processing times when your order is placed. You can scroll down on a listing to see the processing time and estimated shipping timeframe before you order.
