I would like to thank you for viewing and considering my shop. I just love to craft all different sorts of things, and find it very satisfying to take an unused, unwanted product and make it useful and pretty to look at again. I shop for my supplies mostly at yard sales and thrift shops. Some of my custom ordered items will require newly bought supplies, but that is fine with me. I use what I can get. It is a really fulfilling job, making things for use from throw aways, and it is constantly giving me ideas so I always end up purchasing something new to work with anyway! A bit of a viscous circle, but I guess it could be worse!! It reminds me of my mother who would start crocheting a project from scraps and end up buying a whole new batch of yarn to finish it. The apple certainly doesn;t fall far from the tree!!
Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
When I receive payment I try to ship promptly. If there is a delay I will try to notify you. I usually let the money clear the deposit into my bank account before shipping.
I have my shipping prices listed. If I have free shipping, I tell you in my description, and include the price in my total. I never use insurance or tracking for my items, but if u want, I can make u a new listing including the insurance or tracking price in with the total.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is unsatisfactory in any way, simply return it within 10 business days from when u received it, to me AT your own expense for shipping, and I will refund the entire price as soon as I receive the item. If an item is lost, I will refund your money as quickly as possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Almost all of my items are up cycles or recycles. They are often hand sewn (I will tell you if they are), and are not going to look exactly like stuff from a factory. I try to use quality supplies, but even I make mistakes. If you want something that looks factory made, don't buy from me. My stuff looks "professional" (I have been told), but it is NOT mass produced. It is made in my home (which unfortunately is NOT pet tree, but is SMOKE free), by me, and I am only human. I do make mistakes. I also reserve the right to tell you something has already been sold even tho it is listed. . . cause I simply can't \ keep up with all sales at fairs and my listings and get them exactly right. However, if something is sold, I can generally reproduce a replica of the item that may vary, as I do not keep large stocks of the fabric I use for these items. I would do my best to replicate it to your satisfaction, is what I am trying to say. Also at times I may add or remove a button or something on an item that I have changed my mind about, and forget to put that in my description or picture. I will try to keep everything updated and make my customers aware of any alterations I do, but again, I DO make mistakes!
