Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail. For international orders, if you select international tracked shipping at checkout, we will send you a tracking code that you can track online. A tracking code is not provided for standard shipping selections. Domestic orders are sent with 2nd class mail. (no tracking) Please let us now if you want to have tracking code for UK orders. When shipping overseas, standard shipping may take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver. Please convo us prior to purchase, especially on holiday season.

***Express shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. PLEASE ADD YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT IF YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS DELIVERY AND NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES ON EXPRESS SHIPPING.

***Please check once again that your shipping address is correct and there's no missing information. I am not responsible for non-deliveries because of missing address information.

***International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please check once again the custom regulations of your country.

***Please read the item description carefully. If you have any questions, you can send us a convo and we will answer in the shortest time possible. This might take longer depending on your time zone.

***Once your package leaves UK, it is out of our control and unfortunately we can't make any changes on your delivery address so please enter an address that you or some other person will be available to receive the package when it arrives. Your package will be shipped to your address written on your Etsy receipt. Please make sure your address is correct.

***For standard shipping, when there's no recipient at the delivery address, a notice will be left to pick your item from your local post office. Please contact them as quick as possible, before the package is sent back to us.

***Returning of the packages take more time than delivery.
If the returned item is a custom order, we will e-mail the buyer and ask if he/she wants us to send it again, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Cutom made items are non refundable.

***If the returned item is not a custom order, we will e-mail the buyer and wait for 7 days for an answer. We will relist the item if we can not get any answers. If the buyer wants us to send it again, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is non refundable for these items.

***If your order is damaged during shipment or if you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us with any concerns before leaving feedback and we will gladly help.
