A FILE WON'T OPEN or I CAN'T FIND THE FILES or THE SVG FILE IS MISSING
Sorry you're having trouble! Try re-downloading the files from Etsy and make sure to open .SVG files with a design program, not a web browser. Sometimes it takes a few re-downloading tries but 99% of the time that solves it!

WHAT SIZE IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND WHAT MATERIAL IS BEST?
I usually include all of that info in the listing descriptions, let me know if you don't see what you're looking for there! Most files can be used with any 1/8"-1/4" wood or acrylic and I include links to recommended suppliers in the PDF instructions.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET
This listing is for a digital download, not a physical item. You can find your download in the "my purchases" tab in your Etsy account. As these are digital files, all sales are final.
WILL THIS FILE WORK FOR A NON-LASER MACHINE LIKE CRICUT?
These files are designed for laser cutters and I cannot guarantee their usability on a different type of machine. I suggest checking with other users of your machine for tips on what file types work best.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

CAN YOU EMAIL ME A FILE TYPE OTHER THAN .SVG?
Sorry, I only offer .SVG files at this time but you're welcome to convert it to another file type in your own design program or a free online converter.
THE FILE IS THE WRONG SIZE, IT'S PRINTING OUT TOO SMALL/LARGE
Sorry you're having troubles! This likely has to do with the DPI settings in your software. If using Lightburn, make sure your file import settings are set to 72DPI before uploading the file. For all other programs either export a PDF version of the file, or manually change it back to the correct size. The exact product measurements are in the listing description, check there and make sure the file is showing up the same size in your program before printing.
THE FILE DOESN'T PRINT CORRECTLY/IT LOOKS MESSED UP
This can happen when elements that are meant to be scored are engraved instead, or vice versa. Check to make sure you're assigning the correct action to the parts of the file based on their color (red=cut, blue=score, black=engrave)
I see what appears like computer code instead of my file when I try to download it.
Google Drive is trying to preview the file for you, but it does not manage to.
Here are 2 options to download your file.
1. Right click the file in the folder and chose download
2. If you already see the "preview" code there is a download option in your top right corner.
