I never received this item and got no response from the seller after trying to contact them several times. I have now been refunded in full but I have still not been contacted by Hope and Willow themselves. Very disappointing!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days(Monday - Friday) by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail transit time is usually 1 - 2 working days.

Some areas of the UK may be subject to a slightly longer transit time. These are;

• UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
• Northern Ireland.
• Parts of the Scottish Highlands.

Please note: that Royal Mail and all couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays including Good Friday. The delivery will be made the next working day.


We do ship internationally. International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Tracking is not available with this service. If you wish to add tracking and insurance to your delivery please contact us! Transit times are usually 10 - 12 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
How do I Return an item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you would like to return your order please see our instructions and terms below:

If you have just had a change of heart, you can return your order to us for refund or exchange. Your order must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Your items must be unused, unopened and in the original condition. All parts, instructions, tags, security seals etc must be intact. If the blister packaging has been opened or security seals have been broken, we are unable to accept your return.

Please make sure that you inform us of the order number, product description, and reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund within your return package.

Return postage is payable by you. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Items that cannot be returned:

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty items:
• If the item(s) has/have been personalised, customised or made to order
• Any toiletries, edibles, perishable or pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
• The packaging or any of the product components, has been unsealed or damaged.
• If the non-faulty product does not arrive back with us in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to accept your return or offer you a refund. We will then contact you to arrange to send your product(s) back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs which will be the standard £3.95. If we are unable to contact you, the product(s) will be re-sent to you automatically within 7 days. The delivery cost of £3.95 will also be applied.

Faulty Goods

Any damaged items must be reported to Hope & Willow Ltd in writing (email) within 3 working days of the delivery. We will then arrange a return to us. All faulty items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.


Please note, we can only accept cancellations if your order has not yet been dispatched, or if personalised not already produced. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our standard Returns instructions.


Once your return has been received, your return will be processed and a refund for your product will be processed directly to the payment card used when placing your order within 30 days. Please check your card statement for your refund. We will not notify you upon receipt of your return or on completion of your refund.
