I've already had experience with Hopes Loving Hands so I was not surprised with what I received. The Nefertiti Scarf and Hat Set was beautiful. I wore it on a freezing Sunday morning and I did't feel the cold. I will be ordering from Hope again.

This isn't your Grandma's crochet!

MY INSPIRATION
I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and have been surrounded by all types of ethnicity. This has helped me develop certain aspects of my collection that I infused with bold bright colors. I never wanted to fit I'm a unique person and I love to stand out in the crowd and if you're wearing one of my pieces you will definitely be notices. So if you dare to be different Hope's Loving Hands is the place to be.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Refunds and Exchanges

We do want you to love what you receive from me. If, however, you're not happy and for any reason, because our items are handmade there are NO refunds allowed. Please email me ASAP.


Note that we do allow exchange but there is a time limit applies (7 days) and that the item must be returned to us unused, unworn, and in the same conditions as we sent you in order to receive an exchange for the same or higher price. If higher price difference in price MUST be paid.

When the item reaches us, we'll inspect it before we send you a new piece for exchange.

Please note that postage costs for an exchanged item cannot be refunded.

Also note that if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to us, we are unable to exchange the item, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned.

We do not accept exchanges without prior communication and if feedback is given. Failure to contact us immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any exchange (paragraph above), a claim will be submitted to the postal authorities and the photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.



THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective due to the manufacturer, we can't accept exchange for:

Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) items on sale.
Payment
I accept paypal. Payment must be received within five days or the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me for pricing. I'll do my best to accommodate you.

For domestic shipping, I use first class mail and send the package within 72 hours of your order depending on the item ordered. For international shipping, I use first class mail and send out orders on Saturdays. If you need an item sooner than that, please let me know.
