I purchased this item and received it in a few days. Not only did It look exactly like the picture when I received It but the craftsmanship on the slippers were amazing. I wore my slippers and received so many compliments looking to buy a hat to match.

For domestic shipping, I use first class mail and send the package within 72 hours of your order depending on the item ordered. For international shipping, I use first class mail and send out orders on Saturdays. If you need an item sooner than that, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do want you to love what you receive from me. If, however, you're not happy and for any reason you would like to return your purchase from me, please send me an Etsy conversation.
Note that a time limit applies (7 days) and that the item must be returned to me unused and in the same conditions as I sent you.
When the item reaches me, I'll inspect it before I send you a new piece or a refund.
Please note that postage costs for a returned item cannot be refunded. Your refund will be the full amount, excluding shipping.
Also note that if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned
I do not accept returns or give refunds without prior communication and if feedback is given. Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any full refund (paragraph above), a claim will be submitted with the postal authorities and photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.
