Thank you for stopping by my shop. I love creating beautiful handcrafted items that help make lives moments more memorable.
I am open to suggestions, feedback, and custom orders. I strive to provide a quality product, and have worked with many customers on making their order even more customized than the original piece in the picture.

I accept paypal (the preferred method since this allows the buyer to receive his or her merchandise quickly) and money orders. Money orders need to be Canadian please.
If paying by money order the item will not be mailed until the payment is received. Payment is expected within 3 days. Please e-mail or convo me if there will be a delay or if you are paying via money order so that I will not cancel the sale.
I expect buyers to make payment within 3 days of ordering, OR if paying by money order I need to hear from the buyer within 3 days of the order. The buyer should notify me letting me know that payment is on the way.
If I do not hear from the buyer within 3 days the item will be placed back up for sale. If paying by money order it is preferable to have a tracking #. If I do not have a tracking number to ensure that payment is on its way, and I don't receive the payment within one week then the order will be cancelled and the item will be placed back up for sale.
I ship by regular post unless customer wishes otherwise.. Insurance will be offered if wanted!
I am more than willing to ship priority or express if needed, just convo me so we can work out the price. I will ship usually the next business day but within 3 business days.
I do ship international!! ALL INTERNATIONAL buyers: All import fees, taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer, if you are unsure of what these are please check.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will stand by my product - I believe my work is very good but if by chance there is a defect I will want the item mailed back to me WITH tracking information, for me to attempt to adjust, fix or replace the item.
Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM.
If a package arrives damaged the buyer needs to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) along with me. I will work on sending out a replacement or refunding should this happen. I ask for your help in contact USPS so that I can file the claim and have it processed quicker.
