Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchasing your item.
- If you see that the address is incorrect please contact within 1 hour of your purchase with an alternative address for me to ship to.
- Once I have shipped your item, I will not be able to alter your address, you will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to me and for me to resend it at and additional cost.
- Buyers are responsible for reposting of items if the buyers were not home to receive the parcel and the items have to be resent or if the shipping address is incorrect.

Postage:
- All items are shipped as 2nd class signed for within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail, (this means 2-3 days before you will receive your item). You will receive a reference number on your dispatch email.
- We do have postage upgrade options at checkout if you require the item quicker.
- At busy periods we will ship items 1st class signed for within the United Kingdom.
- Please note that during busy periods like Christmas we are not responsible for any postage delays

International Postage:
- All items are shipped as Tracked and signed for by Royal mail, (this means 14-16 days before you will receive your item). You will receive a tracking number on your dispatch email.
- If you require your item quicker, please contact us via message to arrange additional postage for us to send your item via a courier service.

Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 1 hour of making your purchase.
If I have already printed and shipped your personalised Item, I cannot accept any cancellations.

Returns:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for
- Personalised items or Digital Downloads.
I do accept returns of the following:
- If the product has not been personalised.
- If the product was damaged in transit, please contact me with photographic proof of the damage.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

On May 25th 2018 the new GDPR law will be in place. This means we as a business should be transparent about what we do with your personal data. To me this means an update Privacy Policy that you can read below.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention

Physical copies of your order will be stored in a locked briefcase. And I can access your information through devices locked with passwords. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.
