Updates

There is life after Easter! After an incredibly busy Easter sewing rush,
I have slowed down and begun stocking for Fourth of July
Here are Easter bishop dresses awaiting sleeve trimming and embroidery. Yoke dresses and JonJons are not hung during construction-they are in drawers waiting. I'm working on 16 Easter outfits simultaneously. This is my progress this weekend so far.

Shipping
I ship with USPS. However, if you must have an item by a certain date and there is any chance that it will not arrive on time, I will ask that you pay for overnight shipping (and can make a special listing to accommodate you), so arrival date is guaranteed by the post office.

Priority shipping is my preferred shipping method. Though most items arrive in 2-3 days, there is no guarantee by USPS that they will. This is especially true during high-volume times of the year.

I will convo with you to discuss any project timelines and shipping concerns you may have.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly work with you to resolve any issues. Because my work is custom, I do not typically allow returns. If you have an unusual circumstance please contact me.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking info), and I must receive the item back within 14 days of the delivery date in order to issue a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to me in the case of a return or exchange.
Please check the specific measurements and other information carefully before making your purchase. I hope that you love your purchase and I do my best to accurately describe each item and its measurements. If you would like any more information on an item please convo me. Seeing the sale through to a happy customer is of utmost importance to me so I do my best to make sure you are satisfied.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders. I enjoy doing custom work and often do dressmaking for local customers. I prefer to do in person fittings on tailored non-stretch garments, but, will accept your measurements after we convo about the best ways to take measurements for the garment desired. However if you would like one of my designs in a different fabric or another size get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

Laundering Tips: All fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Smocked Garments: Launder your garments in warm (not hot) water with a gentle detergent in the delicate cycle. You may steam iron the items, but pleated and smocked areas SHOULD NOT BE IRONED. If you wish to remove wrinkles from the smocked section of a garment, hold the steam iron at least 1/2 inch above the surface of the fabric and allow steam to permeate the garment. Never touch an iron to a pleated surface. Take care to not crush the pleats when storing the garment.
