Payments are only accepted via Paypal. If you don't currently use Paypal, it only takes a few minutes to set up an account. Payments must be received within two days of choosing to purchase an item. If cancellation of a purchase is required please contact us within 24 hours and be aware that whilst I can refund your order Paypal and Etsy will still take a small percentage from the transaction so you will not be refunded in full . Unfortunately we cannot cancel items that have already been dispatched.


Items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Items are sent using Royal Mail and proof of postage obtained. Next day delivery is available at an additional cost to UK customers only. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

If you are an international customer (outside the UK) please allow around 7-14 working days for your parcel to arrive. International parcels can sometimes take up to 28 days to arrive (occasionally longer if there are delays in customs or at peak times). Please be aware that I can only investigate a missing parcel after 6 weeks have passed. If you are an international customer and you would like your parcel to be sent tracked this is usually available at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available in the unfortunate event of an item arriving in a damaged condition. In this instance please send us a photo showing the damage and we will happily refund or exchange the item.

We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that all our items are vintage, and therefore should not be expected in 'as new' condition. Any major flaws or faults will be described in the item listing so please read carefully before purchasing and understand that there may be some minor flaws not described which are to be expected with vintage items that have been pre-loved. Please be sure to read the full description of the item and look thoroughly at all the photos. If there is something you'd like to see a clearer picture of or would like to know more about please ask.

We will not offer refunds where previously described item conditions are given as a reason. If an item has a major flaw or fault that we have not noticed, please send us a photo showing the problem and we will happily refund or exchange the item.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
