PayPal is our preferred method of payment but we accept Google Checkout as well. Please check other for Google Checkout and we will e-mail you an invoice.
Payment is expected immediately after your purchase. PLEASE DO NOT CART ITEMS UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PAY FOR THEM IMMEDIATELY. HOLDS ARE ONLY PLACED FOR BUYERS WHO HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE HAND. After 24 hours of non-payment the sale is canceled, reported, and the item is re-listed. We encourage communication to avoid this, so please convo so that we can assist you through your transaction.
TRADES AND BARTERS: We are not open to trades or barters at this time. But please check back as this policy is subject to change.
HOLDS POLICY: I will reserve an item for you for up to 24 hours if requested...just send me a convo! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS THAT ARE ON RESERVE.

WE ONLY SHIP MONDAY - THURSDAY
WE START SHIPPING MONDAY - SATURDAY DURING NOVEMBER & DECEMBER MONTHS FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON.
Most domestic purchases are shipped 2-3 Priority Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate with Delivery Confirmation.
PATTERNS ARE SHIPPED VIA REGULAR MAIL AND WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 - 8 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE. DISCOUNTED SHIPPING IS ONLY APPLIED TO OTHER PATTERNS AND NOT PRODUCTS FROM OTHER CATEGORIES. THANK YOU.
OVERWEIGHT ITEMS: We quote USPS Parcel Post prices for overweight or largely shaped items to ensure that we offer our customers the lowest possible shipping price. This service takes 5-7 business days for arrival. If time is an issue and you would like to receive your purchase faster, just convo a request for shipping quote with your zip code or country code. Thank you.
BOOK SHIPPING RATE: Books are shipped via Media Mail. This delivery method may take up to 8 days to receive. Please "convo" if you need your shipment to arrive earlier and we will send you a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ship 1st Class International for all International clients. This method does not come with loss or damage coverage and takes up to 15 days for arrival. I require a convo if you would like to upgrade your delivery to Priority Mail; as this does deliver faster and offers coverage options. International buyers are responsible for all duty fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. The three shipping options that we use for international clients are the following:
Priority International - This method is a bit more expensive but does come with an insurance option. Expected delivery time is 6 - 10 business days.
WE DO NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS. WHILE WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO PASS THE SAVINGS TO OUR CUSTOMERS, WE CAN NOT DISOBEY U.S. FEDERAL LAWS AND ORDINANCES. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR UNDERSTANDING.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Refunds will not be given for items that do not fit unless the measurements provided by us were incorrect. Please make sure to check the detailed measurements which are provided for each piece.
DAMAGE CLAIMS - HOUSE OF LENORA insures all domestic packages and some **international packages for damage and loss. If you have a damage or loss claim, you have two options available:
Option 1: HOUSE OF LENORA will supply the customer with the proof of insurance number. The customer can file on-line at USPS.com http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/domestic.html or in person at your local Post Office branch. DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR PACKING MATERIALS. The Post Office representative will need to see these items and the damaged product in order to file your claim. It can take up to 30 days for the Post Office to communicate a final decision with the claimant. For more information, please visit USPS.com.
Option 2: HOUSE OF LENORA will supply the customer with a store credit equal to the amount of the damaged product. In order to qualify for this credit, the customer must do the following:
- HOUSE OF LENORA must receive the damaged item within 10 business days. We will add a shipping credit of $9.00 to your store credit.
- You will receive your store credit immediately upon receipt of the damaged goods and will be contacted when we receive the damaged item.
- You will have up to 90 Calendar days to utilize your store credit. You will be given an expiration date via e-mail.
**We can not insure 1st Class International packages. Please convo HOUSE OF LENORA if you would like to upgrade your services.
Additional Policies and FAQs
SIZING: Please read the measurement details on the page. This will help give you an accurate idea of whether or not you can fit the item listed. A size 10 in the 50s was a lot smaller than a size 10 in the 80s; so buyer beware. We do not accept returns on wrong sizing.
The following is a guide to how I describe the condition of my vintage items:
MINT: Item is like new with no visible sign of wear or use.
EXCELLENT: Near mint condition with some signs of being handled. If item has been used, you can hardly tell.
VERY GOOD: Item has been used but shows little sign of wear.
GOOD: Item shows some signs of wear but its functionality has not been compromised. It still has a future but is not in perfect condition.
FAIR: Item shows signs of use and has imperfections and may be damaged.
