We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all* purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. Products must be returned unopened and in the same condition as received. Returns are made at your own expense and we would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

*Please note there will be no refunds on sale items – unless faulty. Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy. Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons according to EU laws.

I currently accept Paypal, Bank Transfer, Postal Order. Keep in mind that orders don't get shipped until payment is cleared.

Make sure you complete your payment within 3 days else the order will get canceled. If for some reason you are unable to please let me know and we can work something out.

I always post the items within 24 hours after payment has been cleared with 1st class royal mail or airmail.

I cannot be responsible for packages that go missing or damaged during transit.
If you want insured delivery so you can track your item and get insurance please message me for costs.

Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days for United Kingdom, 5-14 working days for Europe, 7-15 for the US and Canada, 7-15 for Australia and up to 21 working days for the rest of the world.

Do note however that standard shipping can sometimes take up to 6 weeks (especially during holidays etc) so order well in advance!

For custom orders the crafting and posting time frame is always adjusted and agreed beforehand.

We store sensitive data such as telephone numbers or personalisation information for as long as customer orders remain active. Email addresses provided via Mailchimp are stored until consent is withdrawn, reconsent is requested every 2 years. Information required for tax and legal requirements are held for 7 years as a requirement by law. We keep a record of any orders you make from us, so we can help to deal with any enquiries or problems you may have in the future, and so we can ensure that any information that we send to you is appropriate. Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. When you place an order with House of Wonderland you will be asked whether you’d like to consent to us displaying your order as part of our marketing materials. You may request to have your personal data removed at any time and we are more than happy to comply within 7 working days. The risks of a breach are minimal due to the precautions mentioned above being taken, and close monitoring is undertaken to ensure security systems are always up to date. Breaches will be identified, reported, managed, and resolved according to the ICO guidelines.
