Shipping Methods:
I send all packages from Taiwan via registered international airmail, which will require a signature upon delivery. If you do not wish to sign for the package, please let me know and I can send it via regular airmail. I will refund you the portion of the fees for registered airmail, however, if this option is chosen, I cannot be held responsible in the event the package is lost.

I ALWAYS ship to your Etsy shipping address, please make sure to use the address where you want your item to be shipped.

Delivery Schedule:
All items, including made-to-order phone cases are shipped within 2 business days after the payment is received AND all necessary information is received. Please allow at least 5-14 business days for delivery. Due to hightened security measures in the United States, packages to the U.S. may take a bit longer than the stated time frame.

Although my customers have told me that my items arrived pretty quickly (see my feedbacks), international shipping can be unpredictable. Please take that into considerations before purchasing.

For orders over US$50, I only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. If you would like to have it shipped to an address that is not confirmed by Paypal, please add an extra US$1.00 for delivery confirmaton.

If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact me for rates.

Late Delivery or Non-Delivery:
International shipping can be unpredictable some times. Unless specifically requested by the customer, all packages are sent with tracking information (which, depends on the destination country, may or may not be trackable ONLINE).

If a package is determined to be late (as defined below), I will send out a replacement product. A refund will be issued only If the product is no longer available. Since Taiwan Post will not accept any tracking for international package within one calendar month of shipping, a package will be considered late only if it has been more than one calendar month since the shipping date.

In an effort to be environmentally friendly, I do not use excessive packaging. All items are shipped using the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to you nicely. If this is a gift and you would like to have it nicely wrapped, please convo me before shipping. I do not charge extra for that.

Customs & Taxes:
None of my customers have ever incurred customs charges but that is not to say that it can't happen on larger orders. Please check your country's customs regulations before ordering, as you will be responsible for those charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Since all phone cases/tablet cases are customized in terms of size and fit, phone cases and tablet cases are accepted for exchange only if the item is flawed or upon prior approval of the seller. Sorry, NO REFUNDS for buyer's remorse. I only accept exchange if the item is returned to me in its original unused condition. The new item will be shipped after the returned item is received. Shipping cost of the returned item and the exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is flawed.

I accept return only if the item is flawed. Sorry, NO REFUNDS for buyer's remorse. If it's determined that the item is indeed flawed, I will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping out the item.

Please also note that I make every effort to take accurate photos of my items and describe the color in my item descriptions, but please keep in mind colors will vary monitor to monitor. Therefore, NO REFUNDS for differences in color perception.

Currently, I am not taking any orders for one-of-a-kind items.

I do take custom orders for cell phone/gadget cases. Here is how:

1. Let me know the model number of your gadget. I normally look it up on the manufacturer's website for dimensions;

2. Browse through my shop and pick the style you like, if you have any special requests, please let me know as well;

3. Pick the fabric or fabric combinations that you like.

Please convo me with your request. I will then provide you with a price quote and estimated completion time. If you are OK with it, I will set up a custom listing for you. Work will begin after the payment is received.
