The quality of the hat was fantastic, however it had fleas. When informed of this, there was no acknowledgment or reassurance that this would be a matter looked into - only that if I wanted to return, I needed to return with all the original packing material (packing material that had been immediately pitched because it was infested with fleas). So quality of hats are fantastic BUT IF YOU BUY, OPEN OUTDOORS AND BE READY TO FREEZE THAT HAT IN A PLASTIC BAD THEN DECONTAMINATE WITH FLEA SPRAY. :-(

What a beautiful, BEAUTIFUL hat! It is meticulously hand crafted from the delicately pleated ribbonwork to the hand-stitched inner band. Just lovely. I am so happy to have this hat! On a more practical note: I received the hat in a timely manner and in perfect condition right to the tips of its feathers. The hat box presentation is charming. Thank you so much!
