Overall Experience: Tricia at House of Nines crafted a BEAUTIFUL straw mod fedora for me. I have never purchased a custom made hat before and I normally have size issues when buying hats so I was initially nervous. However, Tricia was meticulous with getting my measurements and really made sure I felt confident about this purchase. The hat fit perfectly. I never want to take it off! lol Quality: The hat is BEAUTIFUL. I am definitely going to purchase another from house of nines. Delivery: From Paris to Charlotte, NC standard postage only took about 7 days! Hat was double packed and came with a really nice hand written note. I love it!
