I fell in love with this necklace weeks ago, and I'm so glad I gave in to my infatuation. I love all the details that HOI added to the beautiful pendant such as the tiny links and beads.

About

Designer and Instructor

Lindsay Wisecup is a self educated metalsmith and mixed media artist. In August 2009 she started the amazing journey of jewelry design and fabrication. Today the creative aspect of her life forces her to keep learning. Teaching workshops and being inspired by her students motivates her like nothing she's ever experienced.

Lindsay combines many techniques such as traditional metal fabrication, etching, patina, resin, wire wrapping, chainmaille, & seed bead weaving.

She is thoroughly in love with her full time job, working and teaching a variety of jewelry making classes at The Artful Bead in Carrollton and Fort Worth, Texas. Whenever she's not persuing continuing education workshops in jewelry fabrication and design, she spends most of her free time exploring new music, reading, taking walks with her (very) active Australian shepherd, and finding a good lakeshore to relax and have an adult beverage on.

Immediate payment via Paypal is strongly encouraged and appreciated. Please make all payments to:

houseofintrospection [!at] gmail.com (double check your spelling :)

To avoid the cancellation of a purchase, payment must be made within 3 business days of "commitment to buy." (Pending Paypal transactions do not apply to this policy.) Otherwise, the item will be re-listed upon the 4th business day and the transaction terminally canceled.

If you need a longer period of time, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the item and we can work together for a reasonable time frame. I'm a real person too and am very understanding when/if certain circumstances arise.
Shipping
Most items in stock are shipped via USPS first class mail within 4 business days of cleared payment, if not sooner. Items that offer free shipping or purchases over $100.00 are insured and sent 3-day Priority mail. All orders are carefully hand-wrapped and packaged for safe delivery.
You will be notified immediately of any unforeseen delays in shipping time.

Email confirmation will be sent via your Etsy account once your item has shipped and is on its way.

HoI (located in Dallas, TX) ships domestic and international via the USPS.

Please make sure there are no discrepancies between your Etsy and PayPal shipping address. I will ship to your Etsy address unless stated otherwise stated by you, the buyer.

*Please see other shop policies for any clarification or feel free to contact me with any questions*
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your item(s), please contact me immediately via Etsy or email at houseofintrospection (at) gmail.com. Refunds and/or exchanges are handled on a "case by case" basis and subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total amount of each item purchased and returned or exchanged.

Contact must be made within 4 business days of the delivery date. Please be advised that upon written acceptance of exchange or return, buyer will then be responsible for shipping and handling both ways.

House of Introspection (HoI) is NOT responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured packages caused by the mishandling of the USPS or third party delivery service. Unfortunately, I had this disappointing incident occur once and due to the nature of most of the items sold here, cannot reproduce the item(s) purchased if they are irreparably damaged or lost.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that some beads and/or metal may have slight variations (due to each bead, stone, or patina on metal/chain). This is part of what makes your purchase unique and any differences are most likely intended as no two items are ever alike.

House of Introspection strives to portray the colors of specific pieces as accurately as possible in natural light. However, colors will and do vary based on individual opinion. Please take a moment to read descriptions, determine lengths/widths, and approximate size(s). If you are unsure, just ask!

I handpick and choose high quality merchandise purchased from my local bead store, The Artful Bead in Carrollton Texas. My supplies are either found/recycled objects, bought "handmade" or purchased at The Artful Bead.(www.artfulbead.com)

I consciously strive to use re-purposed/upcycled materials in most of my work not only because I love my pieces, but also to create without unnecessarily creating a larger "carbon footprint." Please be assured that I take extreme and proper care when disposing of any chemicals that result from my work and use recycled materials whenever possible.

Please contact houseofintrospection with any additional questions or for clarification of these policies. Thank you.
