We love it and after seeing the quality, then decided to purchase two other pages and they arrived in just as excellent condition. We now have a lovely three page framed set which matches the classy, whimsical, vintage feel that we were looking for. The items also arrived very quickly!

How does combined shipping work if I buy more than one item?
In most cases, I can offer combined shipping discounts on multiple items.
You do not need to do anything.
Place your order for your item(s), and should there be multiple shipping charges that do not apply, when we fulfill your order, we will credit back the excess shipping fees to your account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package carefully and ship with insurance all orders of $20 or more (excludes tax/shipping).
Be sure to keep all original packaging. To be able to process a claim, you will need to provide images of the packaging and the damage to the item.
Upon our receipt of evidence of damage, we will assist you to initiate an insurance claim.
If an insurance claim is initiated, you will be required to make a brief online statement attesting to the damage, and provide sufficient photographic evidence of the damage to the insurer.
Understand that it is up to the insurance company's discretion to accept any claims. We pay for the insurance, but we cannot guarantee that any claim will be honored.
It may take several weeks for claims to process.
I forgot to update the address in my Etsy account! Now what?
If you realize the error prior to receiving a notification that the item has shipped, message me via Etsy right away so that we do not generate a shipping label.
You will need to correct the shipping address in your Etsy profile, as Etsy's Terms of Service require us to ship only to the address attached to your prolife.
Unfortunately, once a package is shipped out to an incorrect address, there is nothing I can do to change the situation.
Please make sure your address within Etsy is correct before finalizing your order.
What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted for items not as described.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this time will be declined.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when we sent it - I.E - "as new", salable condition.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Refunds will be credited upon our receipt of the item in the same condition as when we shipped it to you.
I recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance for the return package, as items lost or damaged during return shipping when not insured cannot be refunded.
NOTE: Refunds are for the item price only.
As per our policies page, we are diligent about our descriptions.
Where do you acquire all of your great merch?
I advertise that I buy book collections online and locally. I also buy from other dealers - everyone has a different market niche, so I can buy what they aren't really interested in handling. Estate dealers and local libraries are another potential source depending upon the time of year.
I am overseas, and my order seems to be lost. Now what?
Overseas orders must go through customs. Customs has no obligation as to how long it takes them to process shipments and there is no way to contact them regarding a package.
As such, we must wait for 60 days from the last date the package showed activity in Etsy's tracking system before we can initiate a "lost package" claim.
If a claim is to be initiated, you will be required to complete a brief online statement stating that you have not received the package.
Upon our notification that the insuring provider has accepted the claim and will process it, we will initiate a refund for the order.
The tracking says my order was delivered but I didn't get it...
On occasion such events do occur.
If the delivery service shows that the item was delivered, your only recourse is to print out the tracking information and take it to your post office/UPS and present the information to your post master or appropriate agent for them to inquire about it.
Once an item shows "delivered" by the shipping agent, there is nothing we can do on our end.
What happens if an order gets lost? (US addresses only)
When an order does not show as delivered and has not shown any activity in the Etsy/shipping tracking system for 30 days, it can be deemed "lost" and a claim can be initiated.
You will receive a link to an online form where you will need to complete a brief statement attesting that you have not received the package(s).
Upon our notification that the insuring provider has accepted the claim and will process it, we will initiate a refund for the order.
