Never received the item for my friend and the lack of communication is ridiculous I ordered it in April we are nearly in June and I haven’t even had a dispatch date and I’ve requested a refund now twice. I’m not usually one ti leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

Never got the product nor did I ever get a response from seller. Had to go through etsy to get a full refund.

The item never came. I was able to get a refund but item never came and no response from shop.

Ordered this almost a month ago, still hasn’t shipped. Messaged the seller and got no response.

I ordered this on March 23rd. Was expected by April 7. Messaged the seller on that day and still have not heard back as of today, April 27.

I ordered this mug weeks ago and there has been no movement on the order and no contact from the seller.

i never received this item and had to reach out to the seller a month after i paid for it. they claimed it must have gotten lost in the mail but couldn't provide the tracking number so i had to ask for a refund. poor comunication
