If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
I am happy to work out a refund or exchange once the item is returned.

Due to their nature as electronic files, PDF patterns cannot be returned. If you have any questions or are unhappy with the pattern, please contact me.
Payment
I accept Paypal. Payment must be made within 72 hours, unless previous arrangements have been made. Please message me with any questions.
Shipping
All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. If you have purchased multiple items, shipping charges will be discounted. All items will be shipped to the United States via USPS Priority mail. If you would like to arrange a different shipment method, please send me a message. Shipments to Canada will be sent via USPS First class mail.
Shipping to additional countries can be arranged, just send me a message!

I happily accept custom orders. I can make any design or pattern in your custom colors, or if you have an idea for something completely different, message me and I'll see what I can do! The time and cost will depend on the complexity and size of the piece.
