My tire was made at my request (size, weight, color selection...)
But it was sent quite quickly. Unfortunately, my package was stuck at the post office for a long time.
Contact and customer service was very simple and very friendly.
At some point, my delivery found its way to my home.
The workmanship of the hoops is super great. It was clean and accurate.

I have been trying to learn Hula hoop for over 1 year and no tire and no tip could help me. I just couldn't do it. Then I bought the tire in 115 cm as a last attempt and after a few attempts I managed a few laps. Since then I have been practicing every day and I see the progress.
