As far as package tracking, both the buyer and the seller see the same information. Once I drop items at my local post office, I cannot control how quickly the package moves and I cannot prevent nor control any type of delays. USPS has also been known to avoid package scanning altogether, or go days without scanning packages/updating their whereabouts. Unfortunately, these are all situations out of my control. I recommend ordering items and gifts well in advance before you need them in case of a delay with the mail carrier. The only thing that I can control is making sure that I ship your item by the ship-by date.

To consider an item "lost" in the mail depends on what method of shipping you selected. Most buyers choose USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is considered lost if it is 10 days PAST its expected delivery date and there has been no update on the tracking. In this instance, I, the seller, will initiate a search request via the postal service to see if they can locate the package. Unless it has been a full 10 days since the scheduled delivery date, there is nothing that I can do, as the USPS denies search requests prior to this timeline. Once I initiate a request, I will monitor the request and send you updates as I have them. Please refrain from daily messaging asking for updates- I will update you as soon as I hear from the USPS.

Yes, I can create a custom sticker as long as your design request does not plagiarize another artist's work. I will work with you to create your custom sticker design and will send you proofs via email. Once you approve the proofs, I will order your custom design from my supplier. You must order a minimum quantity of 10 stickers to qualify for a custom order.

I recommend ordering at least 1 month before you need your graduation cap topper. My processing time for cap toppers is about 1 week. You must think about shipping time as well, which can take 3-5 business days. This means it will take about 2 weeks for you to receive your cap topper after you place an order (although some orders will ship sooner depending on how quickly I am able to get through orders). If 2 weeks is not fast enough, I also offer rush orders for graduation cap toppers.
