One of my favorite quotes is, "Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things." Isn't that the truth! So many times we try to capture the big events: a birthday, Christmas, Halloween. But, so often, the best pictures are those taken during everyday moments. Those are the pictures that really capture a personality.
I love to scrapbook. I love the creativity involved. What I don't love is the mess. And, that's why I have scrapbooks partially filled. I'll start one then let it go for awhile. So, I'll start another one, intending to pick back up with the last one. After many years of this, I realized that getting out all the supplies, using up items that aren't cheap, and then having to clean up all the mess just wasn't for me.
Digital scrapbooking alleviates many of my issues with traditional scrapbooking. And, since I love to utilize Photoshop it's a perfect match for me.
In learning to use Photoshop Elements to scrapbook, I found many ways to create my own materials. After moving on to learning the full version of Photoshop, I have decided to create digital papers for Etsy. Later, I will be adding other digital items to my shop. I hope you can use them to capture your own memories.
