Fast shipping, although they didn't come with a box. This is my fault for not reading good enough, i thought I was purchasing Vans .... my neice said they are a bit larger than the expected size 9.

Sent the wrong shoes. When I notified her, she asked me to ship them back to her and she would send the correct shoes. I paid $10.00 for shipping, it cost her $5.00 to ship them, not willing to pay $15.00 for shipping.
