I accept Etsy Direct Checkout & PayPal for my transactions.
Payment is due within 3 business days of your purchase. If I have not heard from you within 3 days, I will consider your purchase cancelled. If you have a special situation during the transaction period, let me know via a convo, so I don't re-list your jewelry.
Be sure that your delivery destination address and your charge card or PayPal account address are the same. If you would like to ship to a different address, please contact me with the correct address.
ARKANSAS SALES TAX
Arkansas state residents will be charged sales tax of 9%
PayPal will automatically add this amount to all Arkansas addresses.
Charges appear when you complete the PayPal transaction. It will not be reflected in your Etsy Checkout Amount.

All jewelry is sent in a Huta Pearl gift box.
I will also send your purchase to your gift recipient. Please let me know when placing an order.
All jewelry is shipped FIRST CLASS mail through the USPS once payment clears. All jewelry will have a tracking number.
Shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive.
All International shipments are $8.95 US. All International orders, including Canada, must be insured to protect your purchase. Please contact me before placing your order for pricing information.
I am very careful wrapping packages for shipment.
I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you would like to upgrade for quicker delivery time or use a different shipper, please contact me before placing your order. I'll let you know the additional charges.
Your order will ship the business day following receipt of payment.
I am extremely careful about your shipping address, but if a package is returned, I will contact you. I will reship the item for the cost of shipping this time...not free a second time.
If I do not hear back from you, I will cancel the sale, refund the cost of the item less the cost of the initial shipping & handling.
Refunds and Exchanges
I love what I do and I want you to feel the same way about my jewelry. Please let me know via a convo, if there are any problems with your purchase.
If anything happens to the jewelry during shipment, I will do everything I can to repair or replace it with a similar item, if available. Since each piece is one of a kind, I may not be able to duplicate it exactly, but I will do whatever I can to resolve any problems that may arise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns within 15 days of receipt.
Please be sure the item is returned in the new and unused condition.
I will refund your purchase price (not including shipping) upon receiving your order back in my studio.

Your feedback is very important to me. Instead of using feedback as a way to contact me with problems or concerns, please use Conversations (also known as Convo).
I do not do custom orders. I love making jewelry, but I don't usually want to make an item more than once. I move on to the next idea that interests me.
