Although I do my best to wash out all excess dyes from my yarns, it is always possible for any yarn to bleed colour unexpectedly when washed, especially darker colours. If you are using this yarn with others in a project I strongly suggest pre-washing or doing a test swatch first.

While I make every effort to provide photographs that accurately display the colours of my yarn, actual shades may vary due to differences in monitor settings. All yarn is dyed by hand, in small batches, and as such there may be colour variations between skeins, even of the same dye batch.

For Canadian customers:
To keep shipping costs low, orders can be vacuum sealed flat (not in a twisted skein) and shipped as UNTRACKED lettermail. I can only fit 2 skeins per envelope so if your order is larger you may receive more than one package. Once you open the vacuum sealed bag your yarn will poof back up to its original state.
I am not responsible for any packages lost/stolen/damaged once they enter the postal system. If you wish to upgrade to tracked parcel shipping you can do so at checkout. :)

US and UK orders will ship Tracked Packet Air or Small Packet International Air by Canada Post.
