Shipping FAQ
★ Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from California, USA.
★ When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks after placing your order to receive your item. Orders are dropped off at USPS on weekdays within 3 - 5 days, but once the package is dropped off with USPS we are unable to predict weather, COVID-19, or other mail delays.
★ What shipping options do you offer?
For stickers and small prints, orders are shipped via First-Class postage without tracking. For larger prints, orders are shipped via tracked First-Class Package using a rigid flat mailer.
Shipping Materials FAQ
★ How are orders shipped?
Stickers are shipped with card stock in thick kraft envelopes. Postcard sized prints are packaged with card stock in protective cellophane bags, then shipped out in thick kraft envelopes. Larger prints are packaged with card stock in protective cellophane bags, then shipped out in rigid document mailers.
If you prefer your items not be shipped using plastic, please leave a note with your order!

★ How do I make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to modify your order if it has not already shipped. Orders that have already been shipped will not be refunded due to incorrect address.
★ I placed an order and need to cancel.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled and will not be refunded.
Issues with Order FAQ
★ My item came damaged!
Please contact us with your order information and a photo of the damage and we will work to send a replacement. For out of stock items, a refund will be issued.
★ I never received my item!
If it has been more than 6 weeks from the date of your order and it has still not arrived, please contact us with your order information and and we will work to send a replacement. For out of stock items, a refund will be issued.
★ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us to discuss any issues with your order.
Quality Grading
★ A Grade
A perfect sticker! No visual imperfections or defects, this is ideal for collectors or those using their stickers for indoor display.
★ B Grade
These stickers are not quite perfect and upon inspection may have light scratches, subtle indents, or mild scuffing. They are ideal for those who will be using their sticker outside.
