Update: Ibaba rugs reached out to me and refunded me 15% of the cost of my rug for my troubles. They also informed me that they’ve switched their shipping company to DHL. Great news! The rug is beautiful but with the shipping delays and customer service issues, I’m not sure if it was worth it. My rug was almost two months late and Ibaba Rugs consistently gave me vague or incorrect answers regarding the status and location of my rug. They use a terrible transport company for the international shipping (Aramex) and I couldn’t get answers from them either. I was relieved when the rug arrived but it’s more of a cream color than the white shown in the pictures. Overall I’m very happy with the rug itself but the shipping issues were extremely frustrating to deal with.

Beautiful carpet but very tedious delivery (nearly 3 months)
