5 out of 5 starsThe shoes are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. There was an issue with USPS and the delivery was delayed, but Ibizencas was in touch the entire time and gave me updates on my order every time I asked. So excited to wear these for my wedding in August!

4 out of 5 starsThe shoes themselves are beautiful, however there is an imperfection on the inside of one of the shoes where the rope material is not completely covering the sole of the shoe - due to them being hand made. Not worth the shipping cost to return them, so I will keep them despite the imperfection.

Returns and exchange details
We accept exchanges for another shoe size. Contact us, and send them back within 7 days of receiving the item. The shoes must be unworn and in perfect state.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost.
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving the shoes and send them back within 14 days of receiving the item.
The shoes must be unworn and in perfect state.
The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
**PLEASE keep in mind, that if the returned shoes have been worn, we will not proceed with the refund.
** WEDDING SHOES** : Can be ONLY returned within 14 days of receiving them. The shoes must be unworn and in perfect state.
