Welcome to I.Ce Pop Leotards! We are a sister duo trying to make our mark on the world. It all started when Ce Ce wanted a leo that was soft and didn't agitate her skin. We started searching for super soft, fun, and whimsical fabric that had great stretch and movement for athletes.

After a bit of trial and error we finally settled on our design and thus, our leo's were born!
