Not Your Grandma's Embroidery
Hi Y'all! Thank you for stopping by our Etsy shop. We want to take to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and give you a little peak behind the curtain.
If Wishes Were Stitches (IFWWS) started officially in January of 2016, but the desire to share our embroidered creations with others started much earlier. The beginnings of If Wishes Were Stitches started when Nancy got an embroidery machine to make pretty things for her two new grandchildren. She was having so much fun, that I (Shannon) got the bug too. We posted pics of what we were doing on our personal facebook pages and were pleasantly surprised when people started asking if they could purchase our items.
We jumped in feet first and created our partnership and haven't looked back!
We have learned, and continue to learn, the ins and outs of machine embroidery and current trends. We find that we really enjoy creating things that make you chuckle, embroidered toilet paper, funny kitchen towels and such. So while we may both be grandmas ....this is not your grandma's embroidery. Looking for quirky and fun embroidered items? You have come to just the right place.
