Day dreams coming true.

I've always loved fashion and drawing. I've always had this hunger to make something but I never knew how. One Christmas after years of begging I was given a sewing machine and got into sewing classes. I never thought about selling anything I made online because it felt so weird to think about. However once I saw etsy I knew that I had to somehow sell items on here and I finally got to!
I never imagined that I would ship to so many different countries, to all these different people,etsy has made it all possible for me. I know that one day this dream I have will fully come true, I just need to keep pushing for it.

    I work really hard on every item I make and I have so many different ideas. I bring as many of those as I can to etsy. I work on custom cosplays,making clothing for children & ladies young and old,hair accessories and cutesy deco den.

    Candice is my sister and is also someone who tells it like it is. She tells me when something I make just isn't up to par to sell. She also helps by sewing up anything I have almost finished or working on the deco pieces.

Hello these are my shop policies!
I have always believed in a fair trade no matter what. If you aren't happy with an item I will do something to make it better.
If something breaks and you don't have the means to fix it I would like to know so I can help with the problem.

When I make something I'm proud of it and I am not proud of items that malfunction,but it happens from time to time, so I have to fix them or help fix them.

Accepted payment methods

Right now I don't charge tax on my items.
My two payment methods are Money Order or Paypal.
If you haven't paid for an item within two weeks (unless of course it is a money order which I will extend to 4 weeks) I will cancel the transaction.
Just because I cancel a transaction doesn't mean you can't come and buy from my shop again.
I ship through the United States Postal Service. I only ship certain small light weight items by envelope,I believe every item should arrive looking the same as the photo so I wont have my work squished by the evil mail man if I believe it will not arrive nicely.

If you are buying more than one item the box may be upgraded because of the items in the box. I usually ship within 1-3 business days,unless something unforeseeable happens. However if you need it shipped out immediately let me know and I can attempt to get it there asap.

I always cater to my customers so I always get a tracking number after I ship the box.
Not only do I do this for you but I also do it to make sure it doesn't get lost.

The only time a tracking number will not work is if I am shipping overseas,sadly they don't track the box after it leaves the US.
In this case please,please,please let me know if you don't receive the item,I have to know if I need to ship you another.

There is no refund for shipping your package if you want to return it you must pay for the shipping yourself.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will not except refunds on: Any plastic bows or Contact cases.
I will instate a refund/return within 5 days of receiving the item.
To return the item you will have to pay for shipping,which is non refundable.

In the case of a return I can give you a store credit, or item,equaling the same amount of the returned item or give you the money back that you paid for the item.

If your package gets lost in the mail,and I have that same item still in stock, I will send you a new one with signature needed.

For custom orders it may take some time depending on the request.
I will message you to make contact just in case you need anything else.
I am very friendly and love to talk with my customers about why you purchased one of my items,but you don't have to talk to me.

I don't do "wholesale" or "consignment" but if you email me I will talk to you about it to see if I can make it happen.

I take responsibility for all of my items.
If something breaks let me know so I can fix it.
If something isn't in your size I can make that item with your measurements .
If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask me.
If you are unhappy with your item,let me know.
