What is IMgalery?

IMgalery is a virtual gallery I created to introduce you to my work.
I am fortunate to live in the very beautiful, green country of Latvia, in Eastern Europe by the Baltic Sea. Here I am inspired and create my works. They are very diverse, ranging from interior decor, to paintings, to simple and beautiful natural formations. Nature’s beauty, natural inspiration and creativity and care for conservation are all united within these works.

In which languages do you communicate?

I primarily use English and Latvian for communication, but will certainly try to answer in other languages with the help of translators.
I respond within 48 hours

Are any discounts available?

Yes, of course; if you would like to buy several items in my store at the same time, be sure to contact me regarding better prices and shipping options. I also offer this option to those making repeat purchases in my store. Please contact me!

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I support the production of custom work. Please contact me in order to describe your wishes and confirm my ability to realise them. Custom orders are particularly unique because they combine the ideas of both the customer and myself.

How long does delivery take?

For product delivery, I use the Latvian Postal Service, which is safe and sufficiently fast around the world. Delivery time is dependent on the delivery location; approximate delivery times are specified in the store terms and product descriptions. From experience, delivery usually takes up to 10 days within the EU and 14 days to the US, but not more than 4 weeks.
If you do not received the item within 30 days please contact me.

Is faster delivery possible?

Yes, of course, express shipping is possible at an additional cost. To take advantage of this opportunity, contact me to specify times and costs. With this service, you will have to provide your phone number. I will post the selected product in the store with the additional cost included and send you a link to purchase it. You will receive the product in 4-6 days within the EU, and 6-7 days in the US.

What can be done if the delivery is delayed ?

Sometimes, if the customer is not available at the address, generally the postman leaves a card at the address stating the location of the product as their local depot and contact address of the Shipping Company, so that the customer can pick it up at his own convenient time, or they try to deliver it again 2 more times. These shipments are generally held for 2 weeks at the local depot and then sent back to us at un-delivered item. If you have not received the product within estimated delivery time period, Please check, if there is any Notification Card from shipping service. Sometimes the Postman does not leave a calling card and takes the shipment back to depot. So, please visit your local depot and check at the unclaimed items department

What can be done if the product arrives damaged?

Please contact me in all cases to find a solution.Definitely take photos of demaged items . Every buyer is important to me; as such, I would also be happy to hear from you if you particularly enjoyed a product, and would be thankful for your reviews in the store.

What can be done if I am unsatisfied by the product?

If the product does not match your expectations, please let me know so that we can discuss the issue together.
If you decide to return the item, you will be responsible for the postal expenses to ship the item back to me. Money will be refunded or the product exchanged after I have received the item and am able to assess its condition.I will issue refund by deducting the delivery cost & 20% restocking fee. I hope that it is always possible to find a compromise that satisfies everyone.
