Why is an item listed as a pre-order?
Pre-order items are items that need longer production time and won't ship out until 2-3 weeks. Individual pre-order items will display estimated shipping dates. In-stock items that are purchased with a pre-order item won't ship until the pre-order item is available. To receive in-stock items in a timely manner, please order pre-order items separately.
Custom and personalized orders
Thank you for shopping small. I run INKBYJENG on my own and try my best to respond within 48 hours to any requests. If you have contacted me about a custom order and have not heard from me, please do not hesitate to ping me again. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
I accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase. Please send me a message and I will process your cancellation within 24 hours of your initial request. If your order has already been sent out I cannot accept a cancellation, this includes digital items since they are delivered immediately upon payment.

Please read the description for all printable and digital items as I do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
My purchase included the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact me right away. If your item has not been shipped, I can modify the shipping address as long as the address is within the same country.
Unfortunately, I cannot make any address changes once your item has been shipped. Please contact the carrier that was used to deliver your package. They might be able to assist you in intercepting your package.

Shipping Policies
All shipped orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
Once an item is marked as "USPS in possession of item" via USPS's tracking system it is in the hands of the USPS and out of my control. For any questions regarding tracking, please contact your local post office and they can further assist you. If you need any identifying information about your package to relay to the post office, please contact me. However, I am unable to assist in retrieval of your package once it is in the hands of USPS.
When will my items ship?
I have a 1-2 week standard policy set for my shop. This means items are guaranteed to ship within 2 weeks. However, my shipping times are typically much faster than this.
I fulfill orders Thursday afternoon. So if you make a purchase by Thursday afternoon MST, your items will ship that Friday. If you need your items sooner, please don't hesitate at to message me and I can attempt to fulfill your items sooner.
Note that this does not apply to pre-orders or items that are made to order like calendar stickers and pouches.
Shipping date is different from delivery speed. Delivery speed is determined by the USPS and depends on the destination.
