By completing a purchase with INNERTEA, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and policies.

Gift Wrapping:

If your order is a gift, we can gift wrap and attach a note, please leave message at checkout. If you would like us to send the gift directly to the recipient, please provide shipping address at checkout. We don’t include a receipt.

INNERTEA accepts Direct Payment through Etsy and Paypal. California residents will be charged state sales tax on non-food items.

Payment is due when the order is placed. We process orders after payment is confirmed. Please note that if payment has not been confirmed within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and re-list the items unless we receive a request to extend the confirmation period.


If for any reasons you need to cancel the order, please let us know as soon as you decide. If the cancellation is requested before the order was shipped, then we’ll refund the full amount including shipping. If in case the cancellation is placed after the order is already shipped, please read our return policy.
All order is shipped by USPS First Class to keep shipping cost low. We try to provide accurate shipping fees, but if the shipping fees are overcharged by more than $1.00 We will refund to your account. If shipping cost is higher than charged, we pay the balance.

If you would like us to upgrade your shipping, please convo us.

Domestic Shipping

We usually ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed (no weekend and holiday). We offer USPS First Class for all orders. You will be notified after your order is shipped. You’ll receive a trucking number via Etsy email.

We ship to your address on Etsy**. Please make sure your information is correct, or notify us if you would like us to ship to a different address.

International Shipping

All order under 4lb ships USPS First Class. If a package weigh more than 4lb, we can either ship Priority Mail or multiple shipments. All orders are shipped to your address on Etsy** unless you notify us at the check out.

We attache a Custom Form to each package. We declare order items and their value in order to satisfy International Laws. You will receive the customs form number via email after the order is shipped.

✽ Customs Duty and Import Tax

INNERTEA is not responsible for any customs, duty, import, VAT, or other fees incurred for the delivery of your order. These additional fees are full responsible for customers.

✽ Customs Inspection

Please check your customs policy before placing an order. Customs in your country can hold your order for inspections. This held-up can cause delaying delivery, or customs can refuse to import or discard your order. INNERTEA is not responsible for your order being held-up, refused to enter, or discarded. You can resolve these issues by contacting your postal authorities. Please note that INNERTEA will not refund nor replace your order for such occasion.

**If a order sent to the wrong address and returned to us as a result of incorrect information provided by purchasers, we’ll resent to the correct address at the purchasers expense. If the order is confirmed as “Delivered” by USPS tracking, our sales is completed.

Lost and Damage

If orders show as “Delivered” in USPS tracking information, it does not qualify as a “lost” package. For international order, please contact a local postal authorities with the custom form number we provided.

We do not usually offer refunds for lost or damaged orders. However, we are happy to assist you to solve a problem, so please convo us. If the items are arrived damaged, please send photos showing damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.


Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. If for some reasons, processing may take longer than 2 weeks due to arrival of materials. You will be notified via email on this occasion.


We try to use the minimal amount of paper to reduce waste and protect trees. However, we make sure that your order is well protected for shipping by using available recycled materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return and Refund

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds. You may try out our sample size before you purchase the full sizes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issues. If there is a mistake with your order please let us know immediately so we can correct it.

Our products are very sensitive to light, heat, and moisture. Since our products are chemical preservatives free, please keep in dry and cool place. Please don’t refrigerate our teas.


The information provided is for educational purpose only and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The product descriptions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.


We provide complete ingredient list for each product so you can detect any allergy issues. Please read carefully before you choose your products. We recommend trying our samples before purchasing a full size bag.


If any problem occurs with our products, please stop using the product immediately. If condition does not improve, please see medical professionals.

We include samples to all orders. If you are interested in a particular product for the sample, please write us at the checkout (up to two samples). We'll send them to you free with your order.
