Seller took the order, and after several weeks, ghosted me and never provided the item. Eventually, Etsy intervened and provided a refund. Wasted several weeks on this.

I ordered this item as a gift on December 6th with shipping before the Holiday. I did not recieve the item. I had notified the seller who realized it got lost at the post office. They said they would resend . I still do not have the items. My gift recipient was unable to receive this item. I have followed up with the seller , still no response or shipment. This is unacceptable.

Never received this item ordered

I ordered this item because it stated delivery would be 12/17-23rd. A shipping label was created 12/16, but the item never delivered to USPS. I messaged twice and received no response from the seller. Update to original review: on 12/28, the package arrived in an untaped - still no response from seller, and the decal is not what I ordered and has a wrinkled section. After purchasing, I followed the directions and emailed a jpg file to the seller of the YSU mascot (a penguin) - the decal that arrived is the YSU “Y”, so my email was ignored. Attaching pictures of all.

Lauren was wonderful to work with. The flag is exactly what we wanted.
