HOW I MADE A CUSTOM ORDER?
To order a piece ISART, contact us on our form in the "etsy conversations". Please, send us the photos you are interested in order. We like to have direct contact with our clients, in order to create all their desires & to know a little about them and how they found their essence in our special work

We change some details and colors to your taste. But at the moment we are no longer designing specific pieces, only custom orders for our models from the new and old collections.

All people are different and that's what makes them special!
All our pieces are adjustable in various sizes. If you need an item with a particular size, for man or child, please contact us.

TOPS & DRESSES
▪ All our models of Top & Dress, are adjustable in the back with a knitted cotton cord (you can see this in the pictures)

VESTS
▪ Our vests are one size: S and M (Europe), but also created in smaller and larger sizes by order, such as for men or child

SKIRTS
▪ Our special skirts are adjustable in 4 sizes (between 80-100 cm hip). Closed with strong pushbuttons. We can also add more or less buttons, and can be made to order in other sizes (We ask that you always send us your measurement so that everything is perfect)

Our pieces are unique and limited editions 100% handmade without a machine, which requires a lot of time and love, please buy consciously. Our pieces are final sales: we dont accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns (because they are all made to order - no stock)

The ISART pieces are very special, so we make exchanges if:
• The size, or the given measures were not correct.
• Technical defect
• Buyer and seller have agreed to do this
Custom orders out of stock are created to your style and size, so they can't be exchanged. If you wish to make an exchange , you have 7 days after you have received your order, but before send them, please contact us to give you all the info.

Orders are sent to your etsy address if you wish to be sent to another, please let us know in the notes when you buy.
From the day of purchase, your item will ship in 1-6 weeks (business days) which is our time to create, which varies depending on the number of orders at the moment. We do our best to be fast.
All orders are sent by registered mail with a tracking number, so you can follow your order. We inform you that some countries are not obliged to update the order process, so it will be in transit.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for theft, loss or damaged pieces by the shipping company. All clients must open their orders in the presence of an employee, and if find a problem, make complaint. Here we will also complain and help

We do our best to be quick to create, but we can't control the postage time, it's not in our hands. Some orders do not meet deadlines and may also get stuck at customs. We will do our best to help you find where the packages are, please we ask for understanding with Etsy stores.

RETURNED ORDERS
Some customers who don't provide correct data or who are not at the indicated address and who for some reason don't go to claim their order at the post office, after a few days they may be sent back to the country of destination. In this case, in order to send them back, you will have to pay in full for a new shipment registered with a tracking number. Upon reaching us back, we inform the customer, and we give them a period of 6 months to contact us

When clicking on each product, you will be able to find a detailed description of materials and techniques, sizes, important information and store policies, which you should read carefully before purchasing, so that you are aware. When you make a purchase, you confirm that you agree and read the policies of our etsy store.
