Everything you see is designed and made in our little office in the English countryside! Almost everything is fully customisable too making it really unique.
Processing times vary on each product. Stickers and dashboards tend to ship within 1- 3 business days and Dividers are shipping within 1 week due to high demand! (Thank you :)) stickers are shipped standard untracked to keep postage costs low.**

Frequently asked questions
What type of shipping is used?
Items are sent via UK Royal Mail. If your order is not received within a reasonable amount of time after being dispatched please contact me.
To keep the price of postage down standard flat UK/International post is used. UPGRADE options are however available AT CHECKOUT FOR TRACKING. Please note that tracked post will not necessarily arrive any quicker than standard post but you will be able to track where it is in the world.
Where is my tracking number?
To keep the price of shipping down standard UK/International post is used. This is an untracked service. If you would like your order tracked please select the 'tracked' upgrade from the drop-down menu at checkout. This can be found at the bottom of your order (from each shop).
I think my order is lost
If you have concerns about your order being late or potentially lost please do get in touch. I will do all I can to help. Please do note however there are significant amounts of delays occurring at this present time and some international orders have taken over a month to arrive. The postal services ask for 22 working days to pass after the expected date before a search can be raised.In the instance where orders are lost please note refunds are not issued and a remake will be sent with recorded delivery instead.
When will my order ship?
We do receive a large amount of messages asking when orders will ship. Timelines can be hard to provide. Some order ship well ahead of their timelines and other ship just within the timeframe. Many aspects will effect this however please note the dispatch timelines are there to give you a true guide of how long it may take. Everything is handmade and therefore takes time to make. Dividers can take 1 to 2 weeks to dispatch. Often the larger the order the longer it takes to make and therefore dispatch. No order is prioritised ahead of another but we are working as quickly as we can day and night to get all orders out as soon as we are able.
