I am sorry you feel that you had a bad experience. I was unaware your order hadn't arrived - had you contacted me before opening a dispute the matter would have been looked into sooner. As soon as I was made aware I immediately contacted the courier who investigated and determined it as a lost package and I kept you up to date all the way. As I understand it you received a refund in a timely manner via Etsy, and according to the courier, you have also now received your order, albeit late. I hope you can reassess your review based on the product rather than the courier's tardiness. Best wishes.
