My goal is to provide you with excellent service. Please read through each policy before purchasing an item, to ensure you receive the best possible service, and to avoid miscommunication or differing expectations.

Payment
If you would like to cancel an order, please do it within 8 hours of purchasing. If the item has already been shipped, I am not able to cancel.
Shipping
Items will be shipped up to 3 business days after ordering. You will receive each item gift wrapped and ready for postal handling. All items will be placed with care inside a secure padded or manila envelope.

Packages within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service. All my items are packaged shipping-friendly to keep them as safe as possible during the transaction.

If you would like a gift receipt, please let me know upon ordering in the "Note to Seller" section. Otherwise, I will send you a receipt showing all transactions and fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I am very happy to ship internationally! The appropriate USPS shipping rates are listed below each item. If you have any questions about your country's shipping fees, please email me: abbybmoreland [at] gmail [dot] com.

Please note international shipping can take approximately 1-4 weeks to reach its destination. You are responsible if any extra fees required by your country occur.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal as a seller is to make sure you are happy with your order. If your item is different than what you were expecting, please contact me and we will discuss the details of your dissatisfaction. I am happy to refund you minus shipping costs and Etsy fees, within reason. You will be responsible for paying extra fees.

If, after reviewing your concerns, we agree that the purchased item you received varies greatly from what is clearly stated in the listing, I will refund you in full, including shipping costs. While I cannot guarantee anything without knowing the specifics of a situation, I take responsibility for misrepresented items.

Please view every image and carefully read the entire description of the item you intend to buy to reduce the possibility of not receiving your item to the level of expectancy. Please also note that colors might vary slightly due to the difference in screens. I try very hard to photograph my items in lighting that accurately represents the true color of the item. If I do not believe the photo represents an item accurately, I do not post it.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
I package each item carefully to avoid any damage that might occur during shipping. However, if you do happen to receive a damaged item, I am happy to refund you completely. I will need to know what is broken or damaged in order to refund you. Please contact me before leaving a review on Etsy; I will try my hardest to ensure you receive the service you deserve!

FAQS

- Do you customize orders?
No. Unless a specific customization of an item is offered underneath the listing (for example: flower can be removed from a headband), I do not customize orders. This is for time and money purposes.
